Assembly Technician
Job Title: Assembly Technician
Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia
Work Setup: Onsite
Employment Type: Permanent
Experience: 2–3 Years
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Balakong, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have experience in assembly operations, warehouse activities, inventory handling, and rack assembly. Candidates with forklift operation experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble racks such as EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, and related products.
Receive and inspect incoming materials and goods.
Check quantities and package outgoing products using pallets or wooden cases.
Pick Legrand and third-party products according to production requirements.
Operate a forklift to load and unload materials (forklift license is an advantage).
Transfer materials from the warehouse to the assembly area.
Prepare pick lists for rack assembly products.
Perform stock-in and stock-out transactions for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
Prepare debit orders for powder coating processes.
Assist with quarterly and annual stock-taking activities.
Coordinate with the Assembly Leader to ensure smooth production operations.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Immediate joiners preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of rack assembly (EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, etc.).
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Forklift operation experience is preferred (license is an added advantage).
Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Benefits
Transport Allowance: RM 100 – RM 125
Attendance Allowance: RM 75
Monday to Friday work schedule.
