Balakong, Selangor | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM | RM3,000 – RM9,000 (including allowances) + Commission
About the Role

As a Project Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our electrical solutions—partnering with developers, M&E consultants, architects, and contractors across Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, and even East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). You’ll own the specification stage, using your product knowledge and relationship-building skills to secure high-value projects that literally shape the buildings around us. What You’ll Do
Master the Product: Dive deep into our electrical solutions so you can recommend the perfect fit for each project.
Influence Early: Proactively engage developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to get our products specified early in the project lifecycle.
Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business across assigned regions—Klang Valley, North Malaysia, and East Malaysia—turning cold leads into warm pipelines.
Present & Persuade: Deliver compelling presentations, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up tenaciously to close deals.
Support End-to-End: Provide professional pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage Pipelines: Track project milestones, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure on-time delivery that meets client expectations.
Report & Communicate: Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales, keeping leadership informed and strategies sharp.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Education: You have a minimum Diploma qualification. We welcome both seasoned professionals with 2–3+ years of sales experience in project-based sectors (construction, electrical, building materials, water pumps, piping, air conditioning, or mechanical sites) and ambitious fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred to liaise effectively with our diverse client base.
Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel outstation regularly across Klang Valley, Northern Malaysia, and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). You must have your own transport or reside near Balakong for an easier commute.
Personal Attributes: A positive, proactive attitude and professional demeanor. Female candidates with a polished appearance are preferred for this role.
Age & Availability: Ideally below 30 years old, and you can join immediately or at very short notice.
Compensation & Benefits
Gross Salary: RM3,000 to RM9,000 (inclusive of allowances), depending on your experience and track record.
Travelling Allowance:
RM700 for Klang Valley travel
RM800 for outstation travel
RM50 toll allowance
Petrol Card: Provided upon confirmation. Before confirmation, mileage claims are reimbursed (RM0.97/km for Klang Valley; RM0.94/km for outstation).
Company Phone: Provided.
Commission: Project-based—your earnings grow with every successful specification you secure.
Working Hours: Enjoy a fixed weekday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday), leaving your weekends free.
