  • Handling customer queries and objections professionally, 

  • Providing timely and accurate information to customers via various communication channels.

  • Demonstrating critical thinking and a proactive attitude to address customer needs.

  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Working in a rotational shift schedule, 5 working days per week.



We are hiring for all Major BPO's in Malaysia thailand and Japan. Candidates who know Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Khmer or any other Language should expect a good salary when they apply.
