Are you a native Japanese speaker with proficiency in B2-level English? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a customer service specialist, focusing on the dynamic Japan market. The role is based in the vibrant KL Sentral area, offering a stimulating Monday-Friday work schedule from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., comprising nine productive hours per shift.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of valuable experience in customer service. A diploma or higher educational qualification is a prerequisite, ensuring a foundation of knowledge and skills beneficial for this dynamic position.
Work Environment: Working in the heart of KL Sentral, you will be immersed in a professional setting that values excellence and customer satisfaction. The work schedule from Monday to Friday allows for a healthy work-life balance, promoting productivity and well-being.
Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate can anticipate a competitive salary ranging from RM 8000 to RM 8200 per month, reflective of their skills and expertise in providing exceptional customer service.
