Position: Japanese Speaking IT Support (Monitoring Executive)
Company Background: IT/SI company
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM5,000-9,000 (depends on experience) + Yearly Bonus
Job Summary
In this role, you'll be responsible as Japanese Speaking IT Support for monitoring system equipment at user sites, including major Japanese companies. Your primary tasks will include verifying operations based on manuals, addressing alerts for malfunctions or abnormalities, and communicating with relevant departments. No prior experience is required, and both experienced and inexperienced individuals are encouraged to apply. This position offers opportunities for career growth, especially for those who gain proficiency in Japanese.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance: This involves regularly monitoring the performance of the system to ensure that it is functioning properly and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues: When problems arise, it is the job of the system operator to troubleshoot and resolve any issues as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.
- Maintain system availability: The system operator is responsible for maintaining system availability at all times. This includes performing routine maintenance and upgrades to keep the system up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Ensure data security: Data security is a critical aspect of system operation and monitoring.

Performance Requirements:
- Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the technical requirements
- Able to work 12 hours shift as part of the 24/7 shift rotation (Work only 3-4 days a week)
- Effectively communicates with teammates and managers re: workflow, scheduling, and ETA’s
- Meets or exceeds the established metrics for the position

Education or Certification:
- Fresh graduates are also applicable (Training will be provided for 1-2 months)
- Candidate must at least possess a Degree / Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent.
- Able to communicate proficiently in oral and written English and Japanese (JLPTN2 level above)
- Opens for Malaysian
- Minimum 1 years of working experience, with 1 years in IT Support / monitoring is preferred.
- Provide technical support: The system operator must be available to provide technical support to users and other stakeholders as needed.
