Role/Skill: Machine Operator – CNC Turret Punch

Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 Gross (Including Allowances)

Working Hours:

Initial Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Later: 12-hour Rotational Shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator – CNC Turret Punch to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines in the metal fabrication industry, with the ability to read engineering drawings, perform machine setup, and ensure precision manufacturing while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operations

Set up and operate CNC Turret Punch machines to produce precision metal components.
Perform machine setup and changeovers for different product lines and materials.
Operate punching machines efficiently while maintaining production targets.
Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues.

Quality & Inspection

Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
Ensure products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerance requirements.
Maintain high standards of product quality and accuracy.

Production & Material Coordination

Coordinate with Warehouse and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
Support production planning by ensuring machine readiness.
Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace organization.

General Responsibilities

Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Assist in training new operators when required.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience operating CNC Turret Punch machines.
Experience in the Metal Fabrication industry is mandatory.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of engineering tolerances and precision measurement tools.
Physically fit and able to work rotational shifts.

Benefits

Gross Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 (Including Allowances)
Transport Allowance: RM100 – RM125
Attendance Allowance: RM75
