Location: Balakong, Selangor
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift Requirement: Must be willing to work morning and night shifts

Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate production machines, including extruders, vacuum tanks, haul-off units, cutters, and printing machines.
Monitor and adjust machine settings such as speed, temperature, and pressure to ensure efficient production.
Feed raw materials into the extrusion machines.
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications, including dimensions, colour, markings, and length.
Pack finished products according to production requirements.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues during production.
Complete hourly production and quality checklists.
Record approved and defective products accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Production Leader or Technical Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
Knowledge of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring gauges is an advantage.
Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Able to follow health and safety regulations and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Basic reading, counting, and record-keeping skills.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to work rotating shifts.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
