We are looking for a Card Services Product Trainer to deliver training and coaching for employees supporting financial and card services programs. The role involves developing training materials, conducting new hire and refresher training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, ensuring compliance with company and client standards, and helping improve product knowledge and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services or banking, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to train and mentor teams effectively.
