Description / Requirements

Job title: Workforce Management Executive
Work set up: Onsite Tech Tower, Cebu Business Park
Work shift: Midshift
Salary: up to 42k package
Experience: 3-5 years
Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• College Graduate
• 3-5+ years experience as WFM or RTA
• Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Above average MS Excel knowledge is required
• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach
• Expert knowledge in Forecasting & Scheduling
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
• WFM Tool Competency (Verint, Genesysy etc..)
RTA/ MIS Experience is advantageous
• Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative
• Not a job hopper
• Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro
