Financial Account Specialist
We Are Hiring: Financial Account Specialist
Qualifications:
Completed 2nd year college or Senior High School graduate
At least 1–2 years of international voice BPO experience
Must have experience handling any of the following:
Banking and Financial accounts
Home Loan Servicing or Applications
Fraud or KYC processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
