About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Accounts Payable professional looking to step into a high-impact leadership role? We are hiring an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee AP operations, manage Vendor Master Data, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic Global Business Services environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
• Lead, mentor, and manage direct reports, driving team performance and operational excellence.
• Manage operations across offshore, remote, or geographically distributed teams.
• Collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to build strong operational relationships.
• Drive process transformation, service stabilization, and operational transitions.

What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
- 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable operations.
- 2 to 3 years of proven people management experience.
- Background in a BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services setup.
• Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD).
- Experience handling remote/offshore teams and managing direct client/customer relationships.
- Background in operational transitions or process improvement is highly preferred.
• Availability: Flexible to work night shifts onsite in Cebu IT Park and able to start ASAP.
