Accounts Payable Lead - P2P Operations - VMD Expert - BPO / Shared Services

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite

About the Role:

Join us as a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead and drive our Accounts Payable function forward! We're looking for a seasoned leader with deep AP expertise and proven experience in managing high-performing teams within a BPO / Shared Services environment.

Role: P2P Lead - Vendor Master Data Management

Location: Philippines - Hybrid / Onsite

Your Role:

Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable operations and ensure service excellence

Own Vendor Master Data Management (VMD) - Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists to achieve operational goals

Drive SLA adherence, quality metrics, and continuous performance improvement

Partner with clients, customers, and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery

Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and transformation opportunities

Support transitions and ensure stable service operations during change

Who were looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field

6-10 years in Accounts Payable operations

At least 2-3 years in a People Management / Team Lead role

Strong hands-on experience in Vendor Master Data Management (VMD)

Proven experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS)

Experience leading offshore, remote, or distributed teams

Experience working directly with clients and customer stakeholders

Experience in operational transitions, service stabilization, and process transformation
