Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executive

Location: Jollibee Tower, Ortigas, Pasig City / Exxa Tower, Bridgetowne, Quezon City

Job Summary

We are looking for Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Executives to join our team. The role requires strong conversational Spanish skills along with BPO customer service experience. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions professionally and providing effective support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Communicate with customers in English and conversational Spanish.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow established processes, policies, and service standards.
Maintain accurate customer and transaction information.
Meet process and client-defined performance targets.
Work effectively in a shifting/night-shift environment.

Qualifications

At least a High School Graduate.
Conversational Spanish proficiency is required; advanced certification is not necessary.
At least 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience.
Previous experience as a Bilingual Spanish CSR is preferred but not mandatory.
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City or Ortigas, Pasig City.
Willing to work on night/shifting schedules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
