SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid – Onsite 1 day/week in McKinley
Shift: Mid Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD/MM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA across the Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ABAP basics, SAP configuration, debugging, business process integration and end-to-end OTC and PTP processes. The role will involve translating business requirements into functional solutions while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Perform gap analysis between standard SAP functionality and custom development requirements.
Configure SAP SD including Pricing, Billing and Shipping.
Configure SAP MM including Purchasing, Inventory Management and STO.
Support and optimize customer, vendor and material master data.
Troubleshoot and debug ABAP code to identify system issues.
Prepare detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for ABAP development.
Review technical designs and ensure alignment with functional requirements.
Manage RICEF objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms.
Coordinate with developers on BAPIs, BADIs and User Exits.
Support Unit Testing, SIT and UAT.
Provide high-level support for complex production issues.
Manage end-to-end processes across Sales, Shipping, Finance and other integrated modules.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
5–10 years of hands-on SAP SD/MM experience.
Strong experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Experience in 2–3 full-cycle implementations or large-scale global rollouts.
Experience with S/4HANA Brownfield or Greenfield migrations.
Understanding of the S/4HANA simplified data model.
Experience in Luxury Retail, Manufacturing, Public Sector or similar industries.
Strong integration experience with SAP FI and/or SAP EWM.
Experience managing end-to-end OTC and PTP processes.
Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills.
Candidates should demonstrate stable employment history and not be frequent job hoppers.

Additional Requirements

Willing to work onsite once a week in McKinley, Taguig.
Must be amenable to a mid-shift schedule.
Current or former CGI employees are not eligible.
