Site Reliability Engineering / Custom Software Engineer (CL9)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering / Custom Software Engineer (CL9) to design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions while ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), system architecture, automation, cloud technologies, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance custom software solutions based on business requirements.
Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and high-performing applications and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to ensure maximum availability.
Automate operational processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools.
Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization.
Participate in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
Continuously improve engineering processes, quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Strong knowledge of:
- System Architecture
- System Monitoring
- Incident Response
- Performance Tuning
- Capacity Planning
Experience with:
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Automation Tools
- Cloud Platforms
- Container Orchestration Technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Applicants must currently reside in the Philippines and have the legal right to work in the country.
