Japanese Bilingual – Voice Account
Line of Business: Advertising / Search Engines
Location: Eastwood, Philippines

Role Overview
We are looking for Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Executives to support an Advertising/Search Engine account. The role requires strong Japanese communication skills and the ability to provide voice-based customer support in a BPO environment.
Both native and non-native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: Senior High School (SHS) Graduate or High School Old Curriculum.
Minimum 6 months of BPO / Call Center experience.
Minimum 6 months of Japanese Voice Account / Japanese business-level voice experience.
B1 CEFR English level and successful AMCAT assessment.
Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
Ability to work onsite in Eastwood.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
Japanese Language Requirements
Local / Non-Native Candidates
JLPT N1/N2 is preferred.
JLPT certification may not be required if the candidate has more than 1 year of Japanese voice experience.
Candidates without Japanese voice account experience may also be considered if their Japanese proficiency is close to JLPT N1 level.
Native Japanese Candidates
Native Japanese speakers are welcome to apply.
Prior work experience is not mandatory for native candidates, subject to assessment and other requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through a Japanese voice account.
Provide accurate and professional support to customers.
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
Follow account-specific processes, policies, and quality standards.
Maintain professional communication in Japanese and English.
Meet required productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Work collaboratively with the team in a shifting schedule.
Candidate Eligibility

Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood.
Must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
