Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced USRN Team Leader to lead and manage a healthcare team supporting Utilization Management/CPO operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Utilization Management experience, people-management skills, and an active USRN license.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team supporting Utilization Management/CPO processes.
Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and adherence to process requirements.
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of healthcare-related reviews and documentation.
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving operational issues.
Maintain compliance with account, healthcare, and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
Prepare and monitor team performance reports and metrics.

Qualifications

2–3 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Management experience.
At least 1 year of people-management / Team Leader / Supervisor experience.
Must have an active USRN license from any mainland US state.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to work under a temporary WFH setup.
Must be available to start ASAP.
