Experienced Customer Service Professionals — this is NOT a basic CSR role.

We're looking for Advanced Support Specialists who are comfortable handling complex customer issues, escalations and sensitive concerns through a Chat / Non-Voice campaign.

Excellent communication skills — CEFR C2 verbal & written

2+ years Customer Service experience

Experience handling escalations / complex customer issues
