Job Title: Allied

Work Setup: Onsite – Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Schedule: Shifting / Graveyard

Start Date: September 29, 2025

Compensation & Benefits:

₱28,000 basic pay

₱1,000 flex fund allowance

20% night differential

HMO coverage (Day 1 for employees; dependents upon certification)

Life & Accident Insurance

Annual increase based on performanc

13 14 month

Qualifications

Profile 1 – Bachelor’s Degree Graduate (with or without license)

Eligible Courses:

•Allied Sciences

•Social Sciences

•Social Work

•Human Services

Excluded: Nursing / Doctor of Medicine

•Experience Required (at least 1 year):

•Direct adult patient care (long-term care, home/community services, hospital/facility, case management, managed care organizations)

OR

•BPO healthcare – member services via phones (Benefits, Eligibility, Pre-authorization)

Not Qualified:

•Catering to Providers and/or pediatrics only

•Interactions via email/chat only

•Any tasks not directly talking to patients

• Tasks not including direct patient health discussion, such as but not limited to

•Medication/prescription discussions

•Phlebotomy (Blood Extraction)

•Operates medical equipment, only as an X-ray machine

•Performs laboratory tests

•Appointment Setting

Profile 2 – Associate Graduate / College Graduate (Non-Allied Courses)

Experience Required:

•2-year direct adult patient care, such as but not limited to

•Long-term care

•Home and community-based services

•Hospital/facility settings

•Case management and/or working with managed care organizations

OR

•BPO healthcare – member services via Phones (Benefits, Eligibility, Pre-authorization)

Not Qualified Experiences:

•Catering to Providers and/or pediatrics only

•Any tasks not directly talking to patients

• Tasks not including direct patient health discussion, such as but not limited to
