Role Overview:

We are seeking an Analyst (Application Engineer) to act as a strategic liaison between business objectives and technology solutions, ensuring that processes, systems, and stakeholder needs are aligned to deliver measurable value . This role encompasses both Business Analyst and IT Analyst profiles, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering, documentation, testing support, and technical troubleshooting. The role serves as a key contact for resolving application-related incidents and ensuring continuity of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Design and implement end-to-end testing strategy covering unit, functional, and regression testing.

Drive test automation and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines .

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internally developed software applications and vendor products .

Collaborate with program managers, solution architects, tech leads, and business owners to optimize workflows and enable effective decision-making.

Manage Business → UAT Testing, Validation, and Sign-off.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5–7 years experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or Application Engineer – required.

Strong experience with .NET / C# applications – required.

Strong experience with REST APIs and integration patterns – required.

Familiarity with Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps) – required.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation – required.

Experience with software testing (UAT, regression testing) – required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Not a job hopper – stable employment history.
