Job Title: Application Developer – Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical

Work Location: Cebu City (100% Onsite)

Work Shift: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule

Salary: Confidential (Final offer will depend on the client and project assignment)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. You will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring robust, scalable CRM applications to meet business and functional requirements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, interpret complex business needs, and develop tailored CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical solutions.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to analyze and translate business requirements.

Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical for various business needs.

Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills Required:

Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical

Must-have additional skills:
- Experience in .NET Framework, C#, and JavaScript
- Experience with SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Experience working in Agile development environments

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications & Other Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical

Educational background in Computer Science or related field preferred

Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions

Must be able to work onsite at the Cebu office

Should not be a job hopper

Must not be a current or former employee of the client
