Job Title: Application Support Engineer - Technology Architect for Microsoft Intune CL8

Salary Package: Php 70,000 - Php 150,000 Monthly. Final offer will depend on experience, client, and project assignment.

Role Overview:

Design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Define solutions to meet performance, capability, and scalability needs.

As an Application Support Engineer, you will identify and resolve issues within critical business systems. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the smooth operation of applications, provide expert guidance and support, and ensure that all systems function optimally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Intune

- Collaborate with and manage the team to perform deliverables

- Responsible for team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams

- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities

- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary

- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures

- Support the organization’s move away from on-premises imaging to cloud-native management

- Design tenant structure including naming conventions and group hierarchies

- Design Zero-Touch provisioning

- Create procedures for app packaging, testing, and updating across the fleet

SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Architect Responsibilities:

- Site Planning and Distribution Strategy

- Discovery and Gap Analysis, Migration Planning and Consolidation

- Design Task Sequences

Professional and Technical Skills:

Required Skill

- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Intune

Good To Have Skills

- Experience with SCCM and Microsoft 365

- Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices

- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner

- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premises systems

- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement necessary changes

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Microsoft Intune

- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred

- Based in Manila office
