Asset Servicing Vice President
Location: Taguig Philippines Hybrid / Onsite
Work Schedule: 8AM–7PM, Monday to Friday
Interview Options: Onsite or via Zoom
Job Summary:
The Asset Servicing Vice President will lead Wealth Management Operations, overseeing corporate and class actions across multiple markets. This role drives operational excellence, process improvement, and digital transformation while ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient service delivery in a complex global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day asset servicing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Manage corporate and class action processes end-to-end.
Lead and develop teams, ensuring strong performance and adherence to controls and policies.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Client Services, Operations) to enhance client experience.
Drive process improvement, automation, and risk management initiatives.
Manage KPIs, resolve escalations, and maintain a robust control environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree with at least 12 years’ experience in Financial Services, Operations, or Wealth Management.
Proven leadership in strategic change, process re-engineering, and technology-driven projects.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Securities Operations and tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Signavio preferred.
MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
