B2B Collections Analyst | Order-to-Cash (OTC) | Accounts Receivable (AR)

Work Location: Alabang (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000/month
Sign-On Bonus: ₱60,000 (Terms and conditions apply)
Start Date: ASAP

Join Our Finance Operations Team

We are looking for experienced B2B Collections Analysts with a strong background in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. If you have experience managing commercial collections, customer accounts, and payment recovery in a B2B environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Please apply only if you have hands-on experience in B2B Collections, OTC, and Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Business-to-Business (B2B) collections and outstanding receivables.
Perform collection activities to ensure timely payment from customers.
Support the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, including collections and receivables management.
Monitor customer accounts and resolve payment disputes or billing issues.
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate collection records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and improve cash flow.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures while meeting collection targets.

Minimum Qualifications

Mandatory

Completed at least 2 years of college.
Minimum 1 year of B2B Collections experience.
Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
Good understanding of collections, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and customer account management.
Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a night shift.
Can start as soon as possible.

Employment Requirements

Stable employment history with no AWOL record.
No significant employment gaps.
Minimum 12 months tenure with previous employer(s).
