ABOUT THE ROLE:
Cognizant is hiring Spanish Customer Service Representatives for our Taguig onsite team. Open to non-native Spanish speakers with BPO experience. Great opportunity to use your Spanish and English skills!

YOUR ROLE:
- Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English
- Provide excellent customer service and support

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years in college with no back subjects
- Minimum 6 months BPO-TSR experience
- Open to non-native Spanish speakers
- Good English and Spanish communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Giga / Taguig on night shift
