Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, or email.
Handle customer inquiries related to banking and financial services.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and comply with company policies.

Requirements

Completed at least 2 years of college.
6 months–1 year of international Banking or Financial BPO experience.
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written) and English.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City on a night shift.
