BPO CSR - Finance - Cebu City Onsite - EXL - 20K-22K
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Finance Account at EXL Cebu! Earn PHP 20,000 to 22,000 monthly with a virtual interview process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Handle finance-related customer inquiries and concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist with account management and transaction-related issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
- Achieve performance targets and quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least SHS Graduate or College Graduate
- With minimum 1 year BPO voice experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
- Amenable to shifting schedule and can start ASAP
