JOB TITLE: Business Architect – SAP EWM

LOCATION: Hybrid — Cebu City

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

WORK SHIFT: Shifting

Role Overview

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, support transformation by developing business cases, and guide implementation of key initiatives. A typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover value-enhancing opportunities, gathering requirements from various stakeholders, and collaborating closely with different teams to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technology-driven operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Act as SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals
Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs
Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Expert proficiency in SAP EWM
Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and supply chain operations
Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide business solutions
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, scalable solutions
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM
Must currently be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country
