Cantonese Bilingual Specialist - Up to PHP 130K + PHP 20K Sign-On Bonus - QC

Location: Quezon City - 100% Onsite

Work Setup: Shifting / Night Shift

Salary: PHP 52K - PHP 130K + PHP 20K Bonus + Incentives

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are urgently hiring 28 Cantonese Language Specialists to support Cantonese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email. Earn up to PHP 130K monthly!

JOB DETAILS:

Role: Cantonese Language Specialist - Collections / O2C

Location: Quezon City - 100% Onsite

Work Setup: Shifting / Night Shift - 100% Onsite

Salary: PHP 52,212.67 - PHP 130,114.00 + PHP 20,000 Sign-On Bonus + Incentives

Headcount: 28 Slots Available - ASAP Hiring

YOUR ROLE:

- Handle customer interactions in Cantonese and English across phone, chat, and email

- Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and product information

- Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

- Accurately document interactions in company systems

- Meet targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction

- Perform other tasks as assigned

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- Fluent in Cantonese - Can speak naturally, fluently, and spontaneously in a professional setting

- Able to understand complex, extended conversations including implied meanings

- With conversational / working English - Training and systems are in English

- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience

- Background in Collections and knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required

- Must be eligible to work in the Philippines

- Open to non-Filipino applicants with Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)
