About the Role

We are looking for a Capital Markets Settlements Senior Analyst to support end-to-end Trade Settlements Operations within a fast-paced Capital Markets environment. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Trade Settlements, Trade Matching, Pre-Matching, Inventory Management, Reconciliations, Exception Management, and Capital Markets Operations. You will work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, and external counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades while minimizing operational risk.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Settlements, Securities Settlements, Capital Markets Operations, Investment Banking Operations, or Financial Markets OpOperations

Hands-on experience in Trade Matching, Pre-Matching, Settlement Processing, Break Resolution, Exception Management, Inventory Management, and Reconciliations

Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and operational risk management

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, and external counterparties

Ability to work under pressure and meet critical settlement deadlines

Willing to work onsite in Taguig on a night shift
