We are looking for an experienced Card Services Product Trainer to support training and development for frontline operations teams within a financial services program.

Job Overview

The Card Services Product Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing frontline operations teams. The role focuses on ensuring employees develop strong knowledge of commercial card services, compliance requirements, system navigation, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate New Hire Training covering domain basics, product architecture, system workflows, and LOB knowledge.

Conduct refresher, upskilling, and cross-skilling programs for existing employees.

Develop training materials, SOP job aids, mock scenarios, and assessments.

Manage the nesting/hypercare phase and provide floor support.

Conduct side-by-side coaching, transaction audits, and floor observations.

Maintain training documentation, attendance records, assessment results, and compliance certifications.

Track training effectiveness using KPIs such as FTR, AHT, Quality Scores, CSAT, throughput, and early attrition.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis based on operational dashboards and error trends.

Partner with SMEs and instructional designers to improve training programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of total BPO experience.

At least 2 years of Product Trainer experience specifically in Card Services within a BPO environment.

Experience must be in Card Services; Collections, Insurance, and Fraud trainer experience does not meet the specific requirement.

Strong understanding of financial terminology and commercial card services.

Experience with financial/banking platforms such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Fiserv, FIS, Finacle, TSYS, or similar platforms.

Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Camtasia is an advantage.

Advanced MS Office / Google Workspace skills, particularly PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets.

Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Willingness to work shifting, night, and rotational schedules.
