Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist for a purely non-voice role in our Pet Services account. You will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests via chat, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
Document interactions accurately in the system.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate / SHS Graduate and above – required.
Minimum 6 months BPO Chat Support experience – required.
Excellent written English communication skills.
Strong typing and multitasking abilities.
Willing to work onsite at IT Park with shifting schedules.
Can start on August 25, 2026.
