Qualifications:

3+ years as a CS Manager in BPO
1–2 years as a Contact Center/Operations Supervisor
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of BPO metrics, QA, and compliance
Travel & Hospitality experience is a plus
Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Hiring Process:
TA Interview → Ops Interview → Client Interview

• Years of CS Manager experience
• Years of Supervisor experience
• Travel & Hospitality experience?
