Job Description
We are looking for a Collections Support Specialist to assist customers with account balances, payment arrangements, and billing concerns while maintaining professionalism and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
At least 6 months of customer service, collections, or BPO experience is preferred
Good English communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules
