Concentrix Baguio is looking for Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to customers via phone, chat, or email. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, process requests, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting company quality standards.

Qualifications

College Graduates – No BPO experience required.

High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduates – Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience.

Good English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willing to work onsite in Baguio City.

Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
