Qualifications

- At least High School or Senior High School Graduate

- With 3 to 5 years BPO Experience

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Eton QC

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Customer service oriented

Salary: Up to ₱29,000

What You’ll Do

- Handle customer inquiries and technical concerns for consumer electronics products

- Provide product support via voice, chat, or email

- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
