Job Title: CRM Senior Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite, Quezon City | Remaining days WFH)

Shift: Night Shift / Graveyard

We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Senior Developer to design, build, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience in CRM customization, integrations, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and recommend best practices.
Deliver enhancements, integrations, defect resolutions, and CRM feature development.
Develop solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Integrate CRM systems with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services.
Work within Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.
Identify design challenges and implement efficient, user-focused solutions.
Support documentation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps).
Familiarity with Azure services, API integrations, and CRM reporting (SSRS).
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and SOA architecture (REST/SOAP).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
