completed At Least 2 Years In College

WITH

at Least 6 Months Of BPO Experience

• 20k Basic + 2k flex -Fund Allowance

• 15% Night-Shift Differential

• HMO on Day 1 + 1 free dependent

•Paid Sick Leave (SL) & Vacation Leave (VL)

13th Month Pay

Has Strong English Communication Skills (B2 Level)

Excellent Analytical And Problem-solving Skills

Good Customer Service Orientation With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills

Solid Analytical Skills

Experience With NPS & CSAT Is A Plus

Willing To Work In Shifting Schedules, Including Weekends And Holidays
