- Assist with policy inquiries, claims, billing, and account concerns

- Provide clear, empathetic, and professional customer support

*Qualifications:*

- *SHS Graduate* OR *2nd Year College Completed*

- *With at least 1 year BPO experience on a VOICE account*

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work *Onsite* on a *shifting schedule*
