CSR – Online Video Sharing Account

(Project-Based Employment – 4 Months)

Salary Package: ₱22,000 All-In

Completion Bonus: ₱25,000 upon successful completion of contract

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support for an online video sharing platform

- Handle customer inquiries, account concerns, and platform-related issues

- Deliver excellent service while ensuring customer satisfaction

- Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism in every interaction

- Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting account performance standards

Qualifications:

- Must have completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects

- At least 6 months BPO experience required

- Must have excellent communication skills

- Willing to work in an onsite setup

- Willing to work on a shifting schedule

- Must not have been connected with an Online Search Engine account within the last 3 months prior to joining

- Must be open to project-based employment for 4 months
