Position: Customer Service Representative – Insurance Brokerage Account
We are seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented professionals to join our Insurance Brokerage Support team. The role involves assisting clients with policy inquiries, account updates, claims coordination, and general customer support while ensuring a high level of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
• Assist clients with insurance policy information and account concerns
• Process account updates, documentation, and service requests
• Coordinate with internal departments and insurance providers
• Maintain accurate customer records and confidentiality standards
• Deliver excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
> College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; or
> Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience
> Solid background in insurance brokerage is required for SME level only.
