Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Retail Account

Company: Teleperformance

Location: Fairview, Quezon City - Onsite

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Package: Php 25,000 - Php 29,000 Monthly

Role Overview:

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle a Retail account. You will assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and transactions while providing excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers

- Provide product information, resolve issues, and process transactions

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service

- Meet quality and performance metrics set by the client and company

- Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Qualifications:

- At least 12 months of CCE or TSR experience

- High School / Senior High School Graduate

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Teleperformance Fairview

- Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
