Location: Teleperformance Pasig - Silver City Site and Rockwell Site

Work Setup: Onsite

Industry: Travel and Hospitality, BFSI

Open Positions

1. TRAVEL AND HOSPITALITY ACCOUNT - SILVER CITY SITE

- At least 12 months of GDS Experience

- High School / Senior High School Graduate

- Salary: ₱26,000 - ₱45,000

2. BFSI ACCOUNT - ROCKWELL SITE

- No Call Center Experience Required

- High School / Senior High School Graduate

- Salary: ₱19,000 - ₱21,000

General Qualifications

- Good communication skills in English

- Willing to work onsite in Pasig

- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

- Customer service oriented

What You’ll Do

- For Travel and Hospitality: Handle bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries using GDS

- For BFSI: Assist with financial products, account inquiries, and customer transactions

- Provide excellent customer service via voice, chat, or email

- Meet quality and performance targets
