*Customer Service Representative - Banking Account*
Salary php 28,000 & joining bonus

*Job Description:*
Handle inbound calls for a Banking client. Assist with account inquiries, transactions, troubleshooting, and fraud prevention. Ensure excellent customer experience while meeting quality targets.
*Qualifications:*
- HS Graduate or College Level
_atleast 6 months bpo experience
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Call center experience is an advantage
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
