The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer with strong IBM Db2 and Natural expertise to develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise applications.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of hands-on IBM Db2 experience
* Strong proficiency in Natural
* Solid SQL and performance tuning experience
* Knowledge of database design and optimization
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Agile development practices
* Ability to work at SME level and collaborate across technical teams
* Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule
What You’ll Do
* Develop and enhance custom software solutions
* Optimize database and application performance
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues
* Contribute to solution design, planning, and delivery
* Collaborate with technical teams and provide technical guidance
* Drive technical and process improvements
