Position: Customer Service Representative – Telco Account

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with mobile, internet, and billing concerns

• Handle account inquiries and technical concerns

• Provide excellent customer support through calls

• Maintain professionalism during customer interactions

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate

• Good communication skills

• Willing to work on-site and shifting schedule

• With or without BPO experience
