Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Fastrising in Taguig. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently
Strong problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
