Job description 

The Member Care Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for members and clients. You will assist with inquiries, account concerns, service requests, and general support while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

You will play an important role in strengthening customer relationships and maintaining member satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Manage customer and member inquiries through phone, chat, or email

Assist members with account verification and service-related concerns

Provide clear explanations regarding company products, policies, and procedures

Resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy

Accurately document customer interactions and updates

Meet daily productivity and quality standards

Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Support retention and customer satisfaction initiatives

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High school grad, senior high school grad, or Bachelor’s degree

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally

Basic computer literacy

Willingness to work rotating schedules if required

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, membership support, or call center operations

Ability to work independently and within a team
