Qualifications
- Open to all educational levels
- At least 1 year BPO experience
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Willing to work onsite
- Good communication skills

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to auto insurance policies and services
- Assist clients with policy information, claims, and account concerns
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Document customer interactions and update records accordingly
