TELCO ACCOUNT

Qualifications:
▪️At least a High School Graduate
▪️Willing to work in a shifting schedule
▪️Good communication skills

TELCO – TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Qualifications:
▪️High School or Senior High School Graduate
▪️Billing and sales experience is an advantage
▪️Excellent English communication skills
▪️Willing to work in a shifting schedule.

TELCO – BILLING

Qualifications:
▪️High School or Senior High School Graduate
▪️Preferably with at least 7 months of customer service ▪️experience in technical support and/or sales
▪️Confident in handling customer concerns
▪️Excellent English communication skills
▪️Willing to work in a shifting schedule

HEALTHCARE – PROVIDER SERVICES

Qualifications:
▪️High School or Senior High School Graduate
▪️English proficiency equivalent to B2 CEFR level
▪️Strong communication and customer service skills
▪️Willing to work in a shifting schedule
